On Wednesdays We Lift - October 1

It's a good sign when going down the stairs and attempting to pick something up from the ground hurts in the best way possible. I'm really starting to love lifting with Josh every week, so much that we are adding another day! I'll be curious to see how I feel after lifting 3 days a week instead of 1, I'll still have to do it one day on my own which I did on Monday too! 

Monday:

  • 5 Dead Lifts every minute for 10 minutes

Circuit of the following (repeated 4 times)

  • 10 Squat and Press
  • 10 Pushups 
  • 10 Tricep Dips

Wednesday with Josh:

  • 10 Back Squats (5 reps) - OH MY THIGHS! 
  • 1000m Row
  • 50 pushups
  • 50 Kettle Bell Swings (my nemesis... I sincerely dislike KB Swings)

Needless to say every inch of my thighs feel like they are RIPPING away from my body, now to get my eating on track so all this hard work in the gym starts to pay off. See you later body fat, hellooooo muscle!
