Day 2 - Chicken and Broccoli
Some days all I want is Chinese food. A big container of white rice and sweet n sour chicken, cream cheese puffs and well you get the picture. Lately I've made the healthier choice and found this great spicy sauce from Target which goes perfectly on chicken and broccoli. Pair that with a little bit of brown rice and VOILA a healthier alternative to going out and spending $25-30 on Chinese food!
- Breakfast: Skipped - rushing to the Dentist
- Brunch (Breakfast and Lunch): Chicken and broccoli with brown rice
- Dinner: Chicken and broccoli with brown rice, a perfectly ripe peach
- Snacks: Almonds and a few m&ms
