Overnight Oats

The easiest breakfast I've ever made -- might I add, delicious too! It's filled with protein (34g) and keeps me full for hours. I never thought I would be someone who would eat overnight oats for breakfast, and want to have it every morning! 

Recipe:

  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (I use caramel pretzel flavored from Nutri Shop
    • Mix all these dry ingredients together 
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk 
    • Mix together with dry ingredients
  • Optional: Add 1/2 banana, some berries

Throw it all in the fridge before you go to bed and it's ready to eat in the morning! Prepare a few and you're set for up to 3 days! 

Now there's no excuse to skip out on breakfast - simple, quick and delicious!
